APIs and Integrations

For IT managers and COOs whose grown system landscape of ERP, CRM and specialised tools does not work together cleanly.

When data travels between your systems by export, email and manual work, we connect them with interfaces that run reliably. Errors become visible before they reach your customers.

From daily operations

Sound familiar?

01

Master data is maintained twice, in ERP and CRM. Which version is correct often only becomes clear when a customer asks.

02

The handover between two systems runs via export and import. It works, but it ties up working hours every week - and a missing record goes unnoticed.

03

A specialised tool the business depends on ships without a suitable standard interface. So employees bridge the gap by hand.

What changes for you

Data is maintained once and stays current in every system. Duplicate entry and copy errors disappear.

Handovers between systems run automatically instead of via export and email. Your staff no longer carry data from A to B by hand.

Errors show up in monitoring, not at the customer. Every data flow is traceable and documented.

How it works

Map the current landscape

2

Define data flows and interfaces

3

Implement and test integrations

4

Introduce operations and monitoring

What you get

Quality standard

Contract tests, idempotent processing, structured logs and resilient retry strategies.

Your questions

What does an integration cost?

That depends on the systems involved, and we will not quote a flat rate we cannot keep. We first map your system landscape and produce a written concept with an effort estimate per interface. Billing is hourly, based on actual work.

Our systems are older and have no modern API. Is it still possible?

Usually, yes. Besides REST we work with SOAP, SFTP, message queues and webhooks - routes that also connect older systems. What works in your landscape is settled in the analysis, before implementation effort is spent.

What happens when an interface fails or delivers bad data?

That is exactly why we build monitoring and fault handling in from the start. Failed transfers are logged and retried in a controlled way instead of being silently dropped. You learn about it from the monitoring, not from your customer.

Do we have to rebuild our existing systems for this?

As little as possible. We build integrations as a separate layer next to your existing systems, with clearly defined data contracts. Your business applications stay as they are - they just gain reliable connections.
