Workflow Automation Without Template Logic

For operations and team leads whose qualified staff handle recurring transfer and checking steps by hand.

Recurring transfer and checking steps do not have to be done by hand. We automate them as individually engineered code - including the special cases where template tools reach their limits.

From daily operations

Sound familiar?

01

Several times a day, employees move data from one system to another: open, copy, check, paste. It works, but it costs hours every week.

02

During holidays or stand-ins, errors happen because the exact sequence of steps is only routine knowledge and is not fully written down anywhere.

03

A template tool has been tried: the standard case works, but it cannot capture the special cases of your workflow.

What changes for you

Your qualified people work on tasks that need their judgement again. The routine runs automatically in the background.

Transferring and checking runs equally reliably every day - through holidays, stand-ins and peak load.

Your special cases are covered too. Engineered as code, the automation does not stop at the limits of a template tool.

How it works

Your questions

What does an automation cost?

That depends on the process. We map the workflow including its special cases and produce a written concept with an effort estimate before we start. Billing is hourly - often in stages: the most frequent case first, then the exceptions.

How do we know the automation works correctly?

Every run is logged and traceable. We define control points together where a human checks or approves, and there are clear rollback options. The automation runs on its own only once it has proven itself under supervision.

What happens to cases the automation does not know?

They are not silently dropped. Unknown or ambiguous cases are visibly routed to a human for decision - that behaviour is part of the concept, not an afterthought. The process stays reliable even when something unexpected comes in.

We already use a template tool. Is switching worth it?

Not automatically. If the tool covers your workflow, there is no reason to switch. Custom engineering pays off where special cases, legacy systems without ready-made connectors or checking logic go beyond the template. If the honest answer is 'stay with your tool', we will say so.
